Central Pollution Control Board, has been delegated with powers to recognize Environmental Laboratories (Government as well as Private) to carry out the functions entrusted under rule 9 of Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986.The Environmental laboratories seeking for Recognition may apply as per the requirements of “Guidelines for Recognition of Environmental Laboratories under the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986" (LATS/9/2008-09).through this portal.
After receiving the complete application through this portal, minimum one-month period shall be required to complete the process.
